Cutting campaign coordination work by 70 percent
The problem.
Coordinating content campaigns across a network of more than 500 creators by hand is slow, error-prone, and does not scale.
What I did.
I joined the Mobile Legends Great Creation League as a bot developer and built the campaign submission and tracking tools for the League and the Mobile Legends: Adventure ambassador programs. The tools automated content intake and exported formatted submissions directly to Google Sheets across the full creator network. My role formalized into a consultant position advising on creator campaign infrastructure.
The constraint.
The tooling had to work for a creator network in the hundreds and feed clean data into the systems the team already used, without adding a new manual step somewhere else.
The outcome.
Campaign coordination workload dropped by roughly 70 percent across 500+ creators, and content intake that used to be manual became an automated pipeline into Google Sheets.
